• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
• Monitor inward, outward, issue, transfer, and dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics, and other departments for material requirements.
• Supervise and allocate work to warehouse manpower, including loaders, operators, helpers, etc.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Maintain warehouse documents, stock registers, GRN, material issue notes, dispatch records, and other required reports.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and in-plant operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, material movement, dispatch, manpower coordination, and maintaining proper warehouse documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse and in-plant operations efficiently.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery documents.

Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and segregation of materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic physical stock verification.

Monitor inward, outward, issue, transfer, and dispatch of materials.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics, and other departments for material requirements.

Ensure timely availability of materials for production/in-plant operations.

Supervise and allocate work to warehouse manpower, including loaders, operators, helpers, etc.

Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse.

Maintain warehouse documents, stock registers, GRN, material issue notes, dispatch records, and other required reports.

Monitor material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports for management.

Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.

Support stock audits and reconciliation activities.

Ensure minimum/maximum stock levels are maintained as per operational requirements.

Handle operational issues and ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
