Job summary

Delifrance India is seeking a diligent Storekeeper in Delhi to manage inventories, replenish stock, and maintain FIFO compliance across warehouse and store operations.

You will coordinate inbound deliveries, update ERP/POS records, perform regular stock checks, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Replenish supply inventories in accordance with established company guidelines to ensure consistent stock availability
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant government regulations
• Oversee and manage store inventories through regular monitoring and assessment to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy
• Receive, upload, and shelve all incoming supplies efficiently to maintain an organized inventory system
• Perform various stock-related duties, including returning, packaging, labeling, and pricing goods as required to ensure proper presentation
• Inspect deliveries for any discrepancies or damage, ensuring that all received items meet quality standards
• Report damaged inventories promptly for accurate record-keeping and initiate reimbursement procedures
• Rotate stock regularly to ensure products are sold by their expiration dates and manage the disposal of surplus and expired quantities
• Coordinate and handle the movement of freight and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient operations
• Maintain an organized allocation of inventory throughout the warehouse and store for easy access and tracking
• Cross-verify monthly inventory reports at the end of each month to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately to facilitate order placement and purchases
• Generate Material Received Reports (MRR) in a timely manner to maintain current inventory records
• Ensure that storage of goods follows the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to maximize freshness and quality of products
• This role is vital to the efficiency of our operations, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to our success as a Storekeeper.

Requirements:

• Worked in F&B industry for more than 5 years
• Very good experience in ERP/POS
• Hardworking and a multitasker.
