Job summary

Samvith Technologies in Pune seeks a Jr. Stores Officer with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience to manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch. You will ensure traceability, maintain FIFO/LIFO, prepare daily pick lists, and generate packing lists and invoices with accuracy.

The role requires knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 and GST basics, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, plus the ability to lead shift-based operations and maintain 5S in stores and dispatch areas.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Education: B.Com, B.Sc., M.Com or Diploma in Materials & Logistics Management.
• Working 6 days a week, 3 shifts.
• Knowledge of GST is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower and resources for stores and dispatch.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers following FIFO/LIFO.
• Create daily pick lists and packing lists as per schedule.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists and tax invoices.
• Maintain stock accuracy in the system vs. physical stock.

We have Openings for Jr.Stores officer for MNC

Experience: 2-5 Years Experience; from Manufacturing Company.

Education: B. Com.B.Sc., M.com. or Diploma in Materials and Logistics Management

Working- 6 days a week, 3 shifts working

Competencies

• Sound knowledge & experience in AS9100 / ISO9001/ ISO14001
• Responsible to ensure and maintain the Identification and the Traceability of stored Goods.
• Responsible for on-time supply of goods to the customers following FIFO/ LIFO, Complete day to day activities on Time.
• Checking and loading deliveries safely in the correct areas.
• Creation of daily pick list as per dispatch schedule.
• Packing of material as per customer and commodity.
• Ensure correct and right label generation and pasting to boxes.
• Update dispatch related information in IFS before releasing invoices.
• Creation of invoice, packing list and tax invoice
• Release and arrange all document set required for shipment and ensure correct shipment to correct forwarder with correct documents.
• Complete dispatch plan with manpower and resource management
• Creation of sample invoices, re export invoice
• Domestic dispatch documentation and shipment
• Everyday monitor and complete plan as per on time delivery and delay lines shipment
• Trains the operators to use available resources effectively.
• Maintain '5' S daily in Stores and Dispatch area.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job title, as may be determined by the department head.

• Creation of Air waybill and E-way bill.
• Knowledge about the Export and Import Documentation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
