Job summary

DMart India seeks Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for roles across Tamil Nadu, including Chennai and other cities. The position entails overall store operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory control and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall store operations.
• Lead a large cross-functional team including cash, sales, merchandise, housekeeping, security and admin.
• Drive customer service and pilferage control.
• Oversee QA & QC and inventory control.
• Manage store merchandising and visual standards.
• Motivate staff to improve efficiency and performance.
• Analyze Fast Moving SKU, Slow Moving SKU and Dead Stock.
