Store Manager Role

• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct periodic physical audits, and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Goods Receipt & Issuance: Inspect incoming deliveries, verify purchase orders, and issue items based on authorized requisitions.
• Record Keeping: Update digital software or manual stock registers for all inward and outward transactions.
• Staff Supervision: Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, Set sales goals, track performance and train warehouse or store team members
• Facility Maintenance: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules and should manages daily inventory, supervises stock movement, ensures efficient storage, and oversees staff, and also coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments to maintain accurate stock records, prevent losses, and enforce safety standards in retail.
• Customer Service: Resolve complaints and maintain a welcoming shop environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
