The ideal candidate should be skilled in MS Excel, familiar with ERP/Zoho/Tally, and demonstrate attention to detail, honesty, and reliability. Day shift availability and local relocation willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory receiving, issuing and stock maintenance.
• Proficient in GRNs and stock records.
• Strong MS Excel and computer skills.
• Familiar with ERP/Zoho/Tally software.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy; organized and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and ensure proper storage in the warehouse.
• Issue materials to production or other departments as required.
• Maintain GRNs, stock registers and material issue records.
• Perform regular physical stock verification and adjust records.
• Prepare stock reports and documentation for management.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production for smooth store operations.
