Job summary

Pillowside Foods is seeking an experienced Store Manager for an international F&B outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, ensure brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/holiday work may be required as the business grows in Kerala.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QSR, café, restaurant, bakery or F&B.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of store operations and inventory management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required.
