Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Hubballi (Inorbit Mall) is seeking a full-time retail associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them to the right perfume choices while maintaining store standards.

The role requires excellent communication, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and the store operates with daily merchandising and stock management

Qualifications

• Freshers may apply if they show strong communication and sales aptitude.
• Graduates with 2+ years in retail sales for B2C brands preferred.
• Candidates should communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP and store etiquette and timings.
• Handle stock requests and receive stock from HO.
• Address customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
