Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems.
• Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials, inks, plates, and packaging supplies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions proactively.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.

Skills
