Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in store management in hardware/electronics, strong negotiation, coordination, and ERP/Excel skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth material movement and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in store management, preferably in hardware/electrical/electronics/industrial products.
• Strong experience in sales, purchasing, inventory control, and complete team management.
• Good negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• MS Excel and inventory or ERP software proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Sales Management: Handle sales activities, customer enquiries, order processing, and customer relationship management.
• Purchase & Procurement: Manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate prices, ensure timely material availability.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor levels, conduct audits, minimize shortages or excess inventory.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide the store team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance.
• Hardware Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of hardware products, pricing, and market availability.
• Vendor Coordination: Build relationships with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchase records, sales reports, stock registers, invoices.
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments for smooth material movement and operations.
• Process Compliance: Ensure proper storage, material handling, safety, and policy adherence.
