Job summary

Windows Consultants in Rajkot, Gujarat is seeking a Store Keeper to manage store operations, inventory, and ERP-based transactions from the Kuvadava location.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory control across manufacturing or FMCG sectors, hands-on stock movement, GRN verification, vendor coordination, and accurate stock records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in store operations and inventory management.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food, Pharma, or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience with raw materials, maintenance items, consumables, packing materials, or admin supplies.
• Experience handling high-volume/inventory and maintaining accuracy.
• End-to-end store management including day-to-day activities.
• Stock movement, reconciliation, stock issuance, receipts, and physical verification.
• GRN preparation and verification against PO and supplier invoices.
• ERP knowledge; SAP preferred.
• Vendor coordination for receipts, replenishment and RTV.
• Maintaining inventory docs, stock registers, and audits.

Store Keeper

Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Location: Rajkot, Gujrat

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in store operations, storekeeping, and inventory management.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food, Pharma, or similar industries.
• Hands‑on experience managing Raw Materials, Engineering & Maintenance Items, Consumables, Packing Materials, or Admin Supplies.
• Experience handling high‑volume/value inventory and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Proven experience independently managing end‑to‑end store operations, including day‑to‑day store activities.
• Hands‑on experience in inventory management, including inward and outward stock movement, stock reconciliation, stock issuance, receipt of materials, and physical stock verification.
• Experience preparing and verifying Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Coordinating with vendors for material receipts, replenishment, and Return to Vendor (RTV) activities.
• Maintaining inventory documentation, stock registers, and supporting internal and external inventory audits.
