Job summary

Oxygenonline is seeking a Warehouse Manager for their store in Karamana, Kerala. You will oversee daily operations, including stock management, documentation, and coordination with teams for efficient inventory movement.

The ideal candidate should have at least a Plus Two or Diploma and some experience in store management, preferably within retail or electronics. Knowledge of compliance with SOPs and efficient stock practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in retail or electronics sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store godown including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials in coordination with the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through periodic physical verification.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling and safety of goods.
• Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions and cleanliness within the godown.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and sales teams for timely stock movement.
• Track ageing stocks and report slow-moving or damaged items to management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.
• Implement FIFO practices to ensure efficient stock rotation.
• Manage and guide store assistants and helpers.

Education

Plus Two or Diploma in any discipline

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure efficient stock rotation
• Manage and guide store assistants and helpers for smooth day‑to‑day operations
