Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Store/Materials Handler in Haryana, India to manage daily inbound and outbound material activities, ensure accurate records, and support production needs. The role requires familiarity with SAP/ERP and good documentation skills.

The candidate should have basic MS Excel ability and understanding of inventory management, with preference for experience in a manufacturing setting. This is a full-time on-site position with emphasis on safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• MS Excel and computer basics required.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory management.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant preferred.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily material inward and outward activities.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, and other store documents.
• Maintain proper records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and packing materials.
• Update material transactions in SAP.
• Conduct physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and proper material storage practices.
• Maintain bin locations, material identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement.
• Issue materials to Production and Maintenance departments as required.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Support stock reconciliation, audits, and inventory counting.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the store area.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
