Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a store/warehouse professional to manage daily material inward and outward activities in a manufacturing setting. You will receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as required, prepare GRNs and related store documents, and maintain accurate records of materials and stock transactions.

The role requires basic MS Excel skills, knowledge of SAP/ERP, and a solid understanding of inventory management.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Understanding of inventory management and material handling.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily material inward and outward activities.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, and store documents.
• Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packing materials.
• Update material transactions in SAP.
• Conduct stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and proper storage practices.
• Maintain bin locations, material identification, tagging, and organization.
• Issue materials to Production and Maintenance as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Support stock reconciliation, audits, and counting.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the store area.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.

• Conduct physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and proper material storage practices.
• Maintain bin locations, material identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement.
• Issue materials to Production and Maintenance departments as required.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Support stock reconciliation, audits, and inventory counting.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the store area.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• SAP/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory management and material handling.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant preferred.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
