Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking a Store/Dispatch & Logistics Executive in Delhi to manage inventory accuracy, material movement, and dispatch coordination. You will ensure smooth flow between procurement, production, and customers, with emphasis on ERP data entry and stock control.

The role involves GRN documentation, material issue to production, and weekly stock checks to prevent shortages or overstock, while coordinating with transporters for timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and FIFO/batch tracking
• Enter GRN in BUSY and verify invoices against materials
• Issue material to production against approved requisition
• Prepare delivery challans and coordinate with transporters
• Plan dispatch based on delivery schedules and production output
• Conduct weekly/monthly stock checks and identify discrepancies

Dispatch Coordination*** Prepare **Delivery Challans / GDN*** Coordinate with **transporters*** Ensure **correct packing & dispatch documentation****5. Stock Control*** Conduct **weekly and monthly stock checks*** Identify **shortage / damage / slow moving inventory****6. Logistics Planning*** Plan dispatch based on **customer delivery schedule*** Coordinate with **production and sales team**
