Job summary

Rekise Marine is seeking a detail-oriented Store Executive to manage end-to-end store and warehouse operations. You will own the GRN process, maintain inventory accuracy, and serve as the link between store and procurement.

This role requires strong Excel skills and clear cross-team communication. You will handle GRN management, inward/outward inventory, and documentation, ensuring compliance with FIFO/FEFO and site safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on store/warehouse ops in manufacturing, startup, or aerospace (not desk-based).
• End-to-end ownership of GRN processes and Delivery Challans.
• Direct experience handling MTRs, Test Certificates, CoCs.
• Incoming material QC: visual and dimensional inspection.
• Proficiency in Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management: FIFO/FEFO, space optimization.
• Stable tenure with consistent employment history.
• Self-starter capable of owning a function from day 1.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage GRN end-to-end — raise, post, validate against PO with zero discrepancies.
• Oversee inward and outward inventory; maintain real-time stock records.
• Maintain organized invoice and support document records (physical and digital).
• Manage Delivery Challans for material dispatches; reconcile entries.
• Real-time inventory tracking; implement controls to prevent shrinkage.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO and optimize warehouse storage and safety stock.
• Coordinate incoming material QC with user departments; ensure specs match.
• Ensure quality docs (MTRs, Test Certificates, CoCs) are attached and traceable.

Rekise Marine is Looking for:

Rekise Marine is building autonomous ships and submarines that operate in the world's most hostile environments. We're executing India's flagship autonomous submarine project, the Jalkapi XLAUV, on order from the Indian Navy — an unmanned submarine weighing over 20 tons that can travel 5,000+ km autonomously and operate in the ocean for 30+ days at a time.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to manage end-to-end store and warehouse operations at Rekise Marine. You will own the GRN process, inventory accuracy, and serve as the critical link between the store and procurement. This role demands operational rigour, strong Excel skills, and clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• GRN Management: Manage the Goods Received Note (GRN) process end-to-end — raising, posting, and validating GRNs against purchase orders with zero discrepancies.
• Inward & Outward Inventory: Oversee all inward and outward inventory movements. Maintain real‑time stock records and ensure every material movement is documented accurately.
• Invoice Storage & Records: Maintain accurate, well‑organised records of all invoices and supporting documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Delivery Challans & Reconciliation: Manage Delivery Challans for all material dispatches and receipts. Perform periodic reconciliation to ensure zero unreconciled entries.
• Inventory Accuracy & Tracking: Own real‑time tracking of all inventory in stock. Implement controls to prevent shrinkage, misplacement, or unauthorised movement.
• Warehouse Management: Apply FIFO/FEFO compliance, storage layout principles, and overall warehouse efficiency standards.
• Incoming Material QC: Ensure visual and dimensional inspection of all incoming materials against purchase orders and approved specifications before GRN posting, through liaison with user departments.
• Supplier Quality Documentation: Ensure all incoming materials are accompanied by required quality documents — Test Certificates, Material Test Reports (MTRs), and Certificates of Conformance (CoC). Maintain a register for full traceability.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in store or warehouse operations in a manufacturing, contract manufacturing, hardware startup, or aerospace environment — not MNC desk‑based P2P/SAP roles
• Strong end‑to‑end ownership of GRN processes and Delivery Challans
• Direct experience handling supplier quality documentation — MTRs, Test Certificates, Certificates of Conformance
• Incoming material QC experience — visual and dimensional inspection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation
• Understanding of Warehouse Management principles — FIFO/FEFO, space optimisation, safety stock
• Stable tenure — consistent employment history with no pattern of short stints
• Self‑starter with the ability to own a function independently from Day 1
• Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Tally, or equivalent)
