Job summary

Foodstories Bengaluru is seeking a Store Director who can build a destination, not just run a store. You will set the tone on the floor, create an environment where customers feel seen and delighted, and lead with warmth and discipline.

You will coach a high-performance team of Storytellers, drive service excellence, and own store operations, inventory, VM, and community initiatives. This role is hands-on, local, premium, and floor-focused.

Qualifications

• Premium retail, hospitality, or F&B operations experience required.
• Proven ability to lead premium retail/hospitality teams.
• Strong customer-centric service mindset and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and standards on the floor from day one.

• Deliver premium, locally relevant customer experiences.
