Job summary

PDA Flow Supply Chain in Bengaluru seeks a warehouse operations professional with basic MS Excel knowledge and familiarity with inventory/ERP/WMS systems. The role suits freshers to those with up to 10 years in warehouse operations, preferably in a service warehouse setting.

Ideal candidate has good communication and coordination skills, and exposure to 3PL warehouse/store, MIS, and SAP. Will handle invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-Way bills, MIS reports, and monitor

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• MS Excel with inventory/ERP/WMS knowledge.
• Fresher to 10 years in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with 3PL warehouse/store, MIS, and SAP is a must.
• Able to prepare documents like invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-Way bills, and MIS reports.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activities; maintain records.

Role & responsibilities

• Fresher - 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a service warehouse environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• First Prefer Interested 3PL warehouse/Store, MIS, SAP is must
• Preparing the documents like Invoice, Delivery challan, packing list, e-Way bill and MIS report. Handling Customer complaints related to Packaging, Delivery, Biker issues etc.
• Handling & monitoring of Inbound & Outbound activity.
• Responsible for maintaining correct record all inbound material. And record of Dispatch material
