Job summary

SAI BABA POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (A Unit of Baba Group of Companies) invites applications for a Store/Inventory Officer to manage day-to-day store operations in our India facility. You will handle receipt, storage and issuance of materials, and maintain inventory records in our ERP system.

The role requires coordinating dispatch, packing, loading, labeling, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers, while maintaining compliance and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage stock levels and perform periodic stock verifications.
• Experience with warehouse documentation and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain inventory records (inward/outward) in FOCUS systems.
• Ensure proper stock levels and conduct periodic stock verification.
• Plan and execute dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
• Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way bill, Delivery challan).
• Coordinate with transporters for timely and cost-effective dispatch.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and labeling of finished goods.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain records for audits and compliance requirements.
