Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad is seeking a Storage Systems Integration Senior Specialist to design, deploy and manage enterprise storage solutions across platforms.

You will work with NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble and Dell Unity, handle provisioning, replication and DR readiness, and collaborate with virtualization, backup and DB teams while maintaining thorough runbooks and topology diagrams.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of storage experience.
• Strong experience in managing enterprise storage systems.
• Hands-on with NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble and Dell Unity.
• Experience with replication, snapshots, clones, and data reduction.
• Familiarity with DR/RTO-RPO and disaster recovery planning.
• ITIL knowledge and incident/change management experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage storage environments across multiple vendors.
• Configure provisioning, LUNs, volume groups, host mappings.
• Monitor performance and health via management consoles and CLI.
• Configure replication, snapshots, and data reduction tech.
• Perform firmware updates and hardware expansions.
• Plan DR simulations and data migrations.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Storage Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Requires 7-8 Years of relevant Storage experience
• Strong experience in managing enterprise Storage systems
• Configure, monitor, and maintain NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble and Dell Unity Storage technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on Storage Responsibilities: Dell, HP and NetApp Storage
• Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume groups, and host mappings.
• Monitor performance and system health via Storage management consoles and CLI tools.
• Configure replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction technologies.
• Apply firmware updates, drive replacements, and hardware expansions.
• Good understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot storage issues related to performance, replication, and access control.
• Provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for Linux/Windows/VMware hosts.
• Collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams to align storage with workload requirements.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery simulations and data migration tasks.Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, runbooks, and topology diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
• Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
• Performs incident management and change management execution.
• Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.
• Good understanding on ITIL practices
• Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now or Similar ticketing tools
• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
• Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data and storage requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
