Job summary

Maneva Consulting is seeking an experienced Storage Architect to design and implement enterprise storage solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments in PAN India. The role requires deep expertise in SAN/NAS, DR, capacity planning and performance optimization, with hands-on experience across Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE and IBM storage platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in storage design, implementation, and management.
• Strong expertise in SAN/NAS, storage architectures, DR, capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM storage platforms and cloud storage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise storage architecture for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Create HLDs and LLDs, architecture documents and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend storage technologies based on business requirements.
• Design SAN, NAS, object storage, replication, backup and DR solutions.
• Lead storage modernization, consolidation, migration and transformation initiatives.
• Perform capacity planning, forecasting and performance optimization.
• Define storage security, compliance, data protection and governance standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, database and security teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments and governance discussions.
• Support POCs, solution presentations and customer discussions.
• Develop automation for storage operations using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and support teams.

We are seeking an experienced Storage Architect with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing implementing and managing enterprise storage solutions The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in storage architecture SANNAS technologies disaster recovery storage migration capacity planning and performance optimization across largescale enterprise environments Experience with Dell EMC NetApp HPE IBM storage platforms and cloud storage technologies is highly desirable
