Job summary

Dynpro is seeking an experienced Storage Architect to design and implement enterprise storage solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will develop high-level and low-level designs, architecture documents, and implementation plans for large-scale storage modernization.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM, and VMware, plus strong knowledge of SAN/NAS, replication, backup, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Storage Architecture and Solution Design.
• Develop high-level and low-level designs, architecture documents, and implementation plans.
• Strong knowledge of SAN, NAS, Object Storage, replication, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM, HPE storage systems.
• Experience with cloud storage in AWS, Azure, and GCP, especially GCP Storage.
• Hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud storage architecture experience.
• Storage security, governance, and data protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise storage solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Develop architecture artifacts and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and POCs.
• Lead customer-facing workshops and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Define migration plans, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

Job Description_Storage Architect

• 7+ years of experience in Storage Architecture and Solution Design.


• Design and implement enterprise storage solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.


• Develop HLDs, LLDs, architecture documents, and implementation plans.


• Strong expertise in SAN, NAS, Object Storage, replication, backup, and disaster recovery.


• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC PowerMax, PowerStore, Unity, VMAX.


• Strong knowledge of NetApp ONTAP, HPE 3PAR/Primera, and IBM Storage.


• Expertise in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, zoning, LUN masking, and multipathing.


• Experience in large-scale storage migration, modernization, consolidation, and transformation projects.


• Strong knowledge of migration planning, capacity planning, forecasting, and performance optimization.


• Experience with VMware and enterprise virtualization platforms.


• Knowledge of NetBackup, Commvault, or Veeam backup technologies.


• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud storage, with GCP Storage being mandatory.


• Experience with hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud storage architecture.


• Knowledge of storage security, compliance, data protection, and governance.


• Strong understanding of Architecture Patterns and Styles.


• Experience in TCO evaluation and solution cost analysis.


• Develop storage automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting.


• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, POCs, technical workshops, and solution presentations.


• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.


• Exposure to ITIL and Service Management processes is preferred.


• Relevant Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM, HPE, AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are an added advantage.
