Job summary

The Corbett Selva Resort by DevStayZ is seeking a courteous Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain dining area cleanliness, and support banquet and event service as needed.

Freshers may apply. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; strong communication, grooming and guest-focused attitude are essential. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, at Jim Corbett Ramnagar.

Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and guest-focused Steward to join our team at The Corbett Selva Resort by DevStayZ. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and dining areas, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain available food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set up dining tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and maintain proper table settings.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, dining area, and service stations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with buffet setup, meal service, banquets, events, and group dining arrangements.
• Maintain service equipment and report any damage or shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow resort policies and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant service is preferred; freshers may also apply.
