Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune is seeking a hospitality professional to excel in guest service and F&B operations. You will take orders, ensure hygiene and setup, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong English/Hindi communication, a presentable demeanor, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Freshers with good communication may be considered, with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Experience of 2-4 years in hospitality/F&B is preferred.
• Good English/Hindi communication skills.

Job Expectations

• Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good knowledge of basic F&B service standards.

• Candidates from Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, 3- star/ 4 star property preferred.
