Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits.
• Hands-on experience with Ind-AS, Listed Companies Audits, and IPO assignments.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
