We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Assistant Manager – Statutory Audit to lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. The candidate should possess strong experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, Ind AS, team management, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review financial statements prepared under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate accounting treatments and provide technical guidance on complex Ind AS matters.
• Perform risk assessment, audit planning, and execution in accordance with Standards on Auditing (SAs).
• Review audit working papers, documentation, and audit reports to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with client management regarding audit observations, financial reporting issues, and recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of Associates and Senior Associates.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and support team development.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen audit methodologies.
• Assist Partners and Directors in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
