Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for a Relationship Manager to develop and expand High Net Worth customer relationships in Mumbai. The role involves sourcing new customers, cross-selling bank products, and coordinating with group companies to offer seamless access to services.

Ideal candidates have Graduate or Postgraduate education with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong customer orientation, and high energy. AMFI/IRDA certification is preferred.

• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
