Job summary

ENGIE is seeking an experienced State Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee solar plant operations across the state. You will drive performance, ensure safety, and lead a team delivering reliable renewable energy to communities.

With 10+ years in solar O&M, you will manage budgets, vendor relations, and safety programs while advancing asset and quality management practices to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solar power plant operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously with strong leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA or CMMS platforms for asset and maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Asset Management frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Innovative and creative thinking with sound decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to approved financial targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and contractual obligations.
