Job summary

ENGIE India is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Operations & Maintenance portfolio in renewable energy. You will ensure plants perform optimally from a techno-commercial perspective, impacting energy production, safety standards, and business growth.

You will lead an O&M portfolio, manage P&L, budgets, and contracts, and implement HSE systems across the portfolio, while driving KPIs for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations and maintenance in renewable energy.
• Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and multi-site portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, statutory compliance, and management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management with internal and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with forecasting and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the O&M team to deliver portfolio performance above budgeted production targets.
• Own the P&L of all projects, managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
• Implement and uphold HSE management systems and safety practices across the entire portfolio.
• Drive overall KPIs covering performance, safety, commercial results, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage O&M contracts, AMCs, warranty obligations, and inventory and asset management.
• Support Business Development and Engineering teams on new projects, including M&A and O&M budgets.
• Lead handover processes from Construction and ensure in-house O&M readiness for new assets.
