Job summary

Jio is seeking a State Corporate Service Manager to lead day-to-day facility operations and oversee critical infrastructure. You will manage housekeeping, security, pantry, front office, and workplace upkeep while driving cost optimization and service quality.

Responsibilities include vendor management, contract SLAs, CAFM systems, energy monitoring, and compliance with fire, safety, and labour regulations. You will guide facility teams and ensure uptime and effective escalations.

Qualifications

• Education: MA/MBA/Masters in Corporate Wellness.
• Experience: 5–10 years in facilities/corporate services.
• Strong vendor management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, front office, workplace upkeep, and administration.
• Manage facility vendors, contracts, SLAs, renewals, performance, and cost optimization.
• Supervise MEP infrastructure including HVAC, UPS, DG, transformers, electrical systems, and maintenance.
• Ensure fire & life safety, emergency preparedness, drills, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure statutory compliance including Fire NOC, labour laws, safety, audits, and documentation.
• Implement and manage CAFM systems, automation, maintenance tracking, asset management, energy monitoring, and dashboards.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, billing, financial reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership to provide effective workplace experience and timely escalations.

• Ensure fire & life safety, emergency preparedness, safety drills, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure statutory compliance including Fire NOC, labour laws, safety requirements, audits, and documentation.
• Implement and manage CAFM systems, automation, maintenance tracking, asset management, energy monitoring, and real-time dashboards.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, billing, financial reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure an effective workplace experience and timely resolution of escalations.
• Drive operational excellence, infrastructure uptime, service quality, safety, and efficiency across the facility.
• Lead facility teams and outsourced manpower, including performance management, training, and continuous improvement.
