Role Description The Insurance Advisor role at LIC is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bardoli, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. On a day-to-day basis, the Insurance Advisor will identify and approach potential clients, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance and savings products. The role involves explaining policy features and benefits, helping clients with documentation, and ensuring timely issuance and servicing of policies. The Insurance Advisor will maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, support claims and policy updates, and participate in regular training and meetings organized by LIC. The position also requires achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and following regulatory and company guidelines.
