Role Description

The LIC Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The role involves meeting prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and suggest suitable life insurance plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features and benefits, assisting clients with documentation, premium payments, and claims-related guidance, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer support. The LIC Advisor is also expected to participate in local marketing and outreach activities, build and maintain a client portfolio, and stay updated on LIC products, regulations, and industry trends. The position requires consistent presence at the Ludhiana office and client locations within the region.
