Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM/ANM with State Nursing Council registration.
• 0–5 years of clinical nursing experience; freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• NABH standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications, injections, and IV fluids.
• Monitor vitals, patient status, and maintain nursing documentation.
• Assist doctors during clinical procedures and emergencies.
• Follow hospital infection control protocols and NABH standards.
• Manage shift duties: ward cleanliness, linen usage and patient hygiene.
• Participate in nursing rounds, handovers and clinical audits.
• Prepare and maintain drug inventory and ward supplies.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of care to all patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond quickly in emergencies with presence of mind and efficiency.
• Take responsibility for shift reports and patient records.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold hospital values.

Preferred candidate profile
