Job summary

Vineeta Hospital in Uttar Pradesh invites qualified nurses to provide compassionate, quality care to patients per hospital protocols. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist doctors during examinations, and maintain accurate nursing notes and medication charts.

Key responsibilities include infection control, patient safety, education of patients and attendants, and coordination with doctors and other staff to ensure effective care. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

  • GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/ANM qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Valid nursing registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
  • 5 years of relevant hospital/clinical experience preferred.
  • Freshers with relevant qualification may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
  • Monitor patients vital signs, health conditions, and treatment progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
  • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
  • Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
  • Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and post-care instructions.
  • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.
  • Handle medical equipment and maintain cleanliness of the nursing area.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

  • Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care, and infection control.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.
  • Responsible, compassionate, disciplined, and patient-focused.
  • Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.
