Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Hyderabad seeks a Staff Engineer in Design Verification Lead to drive chip verification for next‑gen NAND memory. You will oversee full verification activities, plan and track criteria, and guide cross‑functional teams on architecture decisions.

The role requires 6–8 years of verification experience, strong SystemVerilog Testbench development, and familiarity with UVM and circuit simulators such as XA, HSPICE, and Finesim.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and experience in IP verification is preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-functional team in a project environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven knowledge of full-chip verification functionality.
• Proven expertise in Test Bench development in SystemVerilog.
• Knowledge of verification methodologies such as UVM.
• Knowledge of circuit simulators such as XA, HSPICE and/or Finesim.
• 6–8 years of proven experience in Verification.

• Supervising and owning the full chip verification activities including planning, tracking, and criteria setting.
• Drive multi-functional team in key features evaluation and recommend decisions on architecture.
• Driving innovation into the future memory generation with a dynamic work environment.
• Leveraging AI-assisted coding techniques to improve efficiency or automate design and analysis methodologies.
• Leverage AI tools to automate the tools and workflow.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Degree or equivalent experience/Major: BS, MS or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering (or related fields)
