Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Senior Engineer IP Verification for AMS verification. The role requires deep analog/mixed-signal expertise and hands-on experience with industry tools like Virtuoso, HSPICE, and Xcelium.

You will debug complex MS circuits and contribute to COSIM environments, while writing Verilog-A/AMS models and SV/UVM based components. The candidate should have a B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong scripting

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience in analog and mixed-signal verification with industry tools.
• Strong debugging of analog/digital/mixed-signal circuits.
• Proficient in writing Verilog-A/AMS, and RVM models.
• Hands-on SPICE testbench development at block/full-chip level.
• SV/UVM verification with PSL assertions; scripting in Perl/Python.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analog/mixed-signal verification and debugging across IP blocks.
• Build and optimize SPICE testbenches for block and full-chip verification.
• Develop COSIM/mixed-signal verification environment and CI flows.
• Write Verilog-A/AMS models and SV/UVM based verification components.
• Adopt AI tools to support verification workflows and scripting.

Senior Engineer IP Verification - AMS Verification

• In-depth understanding of analog / mixed signal circuits.
• Experience in Analog and Mixed signal Verification , understand the usage of tools like Virtuoso, primesim/ Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, Waveview.
• Experience in debugging complex Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal circuits is mandatory.
• Hands on experience in writing Verilog Models. Verilog A/MS, RVM model writing.
• Hands on experience in building SPICE testbenches at Block, Fullchip Level. Hand on experience in building the COSIM/ Mixed signal verification environment.
• Hands on experience in SV, UVM based Verification Hands on experience in SV/PSL assertions. Good scripting skills using perl, python is a plus.
• Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields and Must possess good communication, debugging skills and ability to work well in a team.

Should be proactive in exploring and leveraging AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks

• Proactively adopt approved AI tools to support verification workflows, scripting, and methodology improvements, maintaining full responsibility for technical decisions.

Bachelor’s with 4-6 years of experience or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field required with 2-4 years of experience.
