Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a Senior Engineer for AMS IP Verification in Bengaluru. You will provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon IP designs, and develop test benches and stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM architectures.

The role requires hands-on experience with SV, UVM, Verilog-AMS, SPICE testbenches, and scripting (Python/Perl).

Qualifications

• Good understanding of analog / mixed signal circuits.
• Experience in Analog and Mixed signal Verification with simulation tools.
• Hands-on SV, UVM, and PSL assertions experience.
• Scripting skills in Perl and Python are highly encouraged.
• Experience building SPICE testbenches and COSIM/mixed-signal environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon IP designs. Develop Test cases/Stimulus to increase the functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features. Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements. Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to take on the challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design. Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.

• Good understanding of analog / mixed signal circuits.
• Experience in Analog and Mixed signal Verification , understand the usage of tools like Virtuoso, primesim/ Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, Waveview.
• Hands on experience in writing Verilog Models. Verilog A/MS, RVM model writing experience is encouraged.
• Hands on experience in building SPICE testbenches at Block, Fullchip Level. Hands-on experience in building the COSIM/ Mixed signal verification environment is encouraged.
• Hands on experience in SV, UVM based Verification Hands on experience in SV/PSL assertions. Good scripting skills using perl, python are highly encouraged.
• Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields is beneficial.
• Must possess good communication, debugging skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong experience working with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage AI solutions to improve productivity, automation, and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI-driven workflows, and practical application of Artificial Intelligence technologies in real-world projects
• Should be proactive in exploring and bringing to bear AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks.

Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in AMS/Mixed Signal design verification with Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field required.
