Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• 3-10 years of experience in vehicle testing, durability, reliability or validation activities.
• Good understanding of commercial vehicle systems such as chassis, suspension, braking, powertrain, steering and body structures.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and test instrumentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel for testing activities.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Vector CANalyzer, CANape, Diadem, MATLAB.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle reliability and durability test programs, including on-road and proving-ground assessments.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, instrumentation and test setup activities.
• Monitor vehicle performance during testing, identify failures or abnormal behavior, and support root-cause analysis.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports with findings, recommendations and presentations for senior management.
• Track test progress to ensure compliance with project timelines and validation standards.
• Conduct meetings with local and global stakeholders to align test objectives and resolve issues.
• Manage test vehicles, spare parts and related documentation throughout the validation cycle.
• Support benchmarking activities and validation of new products and technologies.
• Collaborate with design, quality and supplier teams to address component and system issues.
• Travel as required to conduct testing at various sites and customer locations.
