Job summary

Black and White Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, Karnataka, seeks a SSM Sr. Analyst with 3+ years US Insurance experience in P&C/General/Commercial. You will analyze service support functions, claims, underwriting, policy administration, and customer servicing, and collaborate with operations, claims, underwriting, and IT teams.

The role is on-site in Bangalore with Australian shift timings, immediate to 30 days' notice, and a CTC of 4.5–8 LPA. Interview mode is virtual.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate required.
• 3+ years of US Insurance experience (P&C/General/Commercial).
• Experience in US Insurance P&C is essential.
• Healthcare/Health Insurance experience is not considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service support functions including claims support and policy administration.
• Track performance metrics such as FCR, AHT, and SLA adherence.
• Apply knowledge of P&C insurance processes, especially claims, underwriting, and customer servicing.
• Support compliance with insurance servicing guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct root cause analysis on service issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, claims, underwriting, and IT teams.
• Translate service requirements into functional requirements for business and technical teams.

Note: Candidates must have US Insurance experience in Property & Casualty (P&C), General Insurance, or Commercial Insurance. Healthcare/Health Insurance experience is not considered.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in US Insurance, specifically Property & Casualty (P&C), General Insurance, or Commercial Insurance.

Must Have Skills:

• End-to-end experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance


• Strong knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle


• Experience in US General / Commercial / P&C Insurance


• Good understanding of insurance processes, including claims, underwriting, policy administration, and customer servicing


• Healthcare / Health Insurance experience is not considered


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
