Job summary

Black and White Solutions, Bangalore-based, seeks an SSM Sr. Analyst to oversee P&C insurance operations, policy administration, enrollment, and customer servicing.

You will analyze call center and claims support, monitor metrics like FCR and AHT, and drive process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Immediate to 60 days notice and hybrid work model in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations.
• Commerce graduates with relevant exposure are welcome.
• Experience with enrollment and policy queries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&C policy lifecycle and processes is expected.
• Ability to analyse, document, and improve service workflows.

Qualification: Any Graduate Commerce Background

Relevant Experience: 4 To 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations

Must Have Skills:

• End-to-end experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
  


• Good understanding of the P&C policy lifecycle
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, claims cycle, and customer servicing models
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Experience in handling enrollment and policy-related queries

• Good understanding of policy administration and enrollment processes

• Ability to resolve customer queries related to policy, enrollment, and servicing

• Experience handling policy renewals and renewal-related queries
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze service support functions including call center operations, claims support, and policy administration

P&C Insurance Domain Expertise:

• Apply knowledge of P&C insurance processes, especially claims, underwriting, and customer servicing
  


• Support compliance with regulatory standards and internal insurance servicing guidelines
  

Process Improvement & Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction
  


• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
