Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in policy administration, claims, underwriting, or billing systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments
• Proficiency with MS Visio, Excel, Word, JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in General Insurance (Property & Casualty).
