Qualifications
- Degree or Certification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, application support, or related technical roles.
- Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and operational support processes.
- Experience supporting software deployments and release activities.
- Experience developing automation scripts or operational tooling.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment automation.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving application or infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, distributed systems, or modern application architectures.
- Understanding of reliability engineering, incident management, and production support fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps organization.
- Experience using observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting containerized environments and orchestration platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, and service reliability measurement practices.
- Experience supporting mission-critical customer-facing applications.
- Experience participating in on-call support rotations.
- Experience developing dashboards, monitoring solutions, and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with performance testing, resiliency testing, or capacity analysis.
- Financial services industry experience.
