Qualifications

Degree or Certification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in software engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, application support, or related technical roles.
2+ years of experience supporting production applications and services.
Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and operational support processes.
Experience supporting software deployments and release activities.
Experience developing automation scripts or operational tooling.
Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment automation.
Experience diagnosing and resolving application or infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, distributed systems, or modern application architectures.
Understanding of reliability engineering, incident management, and production support fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps organization.

Experience using observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or similar technologies.

Experience supporting containerized environments and orchestration platforms.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation technologies.

Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, and service reliability measurement practices.

Experience supporting mission-critical customer-facing applications.

Experience participating in on-call support rotations.

Experience developing dashboards, monitoring solutions, and operational reporting.

Familiarity with performance testing, resiliency testing, or capacity analysis.

Financial services industry experience.
