Qualifications
- Linux system administration with 5+ years’ experience.
- 5+ years in enterprise DevOps/production support.
- Shell scripting and Python automation for tooling.
- Experience in observability, monitoring, alerting, dashboards.
- 24/7 production incident, problem and change management.
- Middleware hosting and multi-tenant environments.
- Kafka or MQ messaging with configuration and tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting across systems, infra and apps.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 production management support for enterprise messaging platforms.
- Design dashboards, alerts and proactive monitoring to improve service reliability.
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual toil.
- Lead complex troubleshooting across software, infrastructure and architecture layers.
- Manage incidents, problems, requests and change implementation activities.
- Partner with engineering to plan and execute production changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and global support model.
- Maintain operational standards, docs and best practices.

The role focuses on production reliability, observability, automation, incident management, and continuous improvement across large-scale distributed systems while working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
Experience: 5-7 years
Mode of Work: Onsite
- Linux System Administration (5+ years, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
- DevOps and Production Support experience (5+ years in enterprise environments)
- Shell Scripting and Python automation for operational tooling and process improvement
- Observability, Monitoring, Alerting and Dashboard creation using enterprise monitoring platforms
- Incident, Problem and Change Management in 24/7 production environments
- Middleware platform support and multi-tenant hosting environments
- Apache Kafka, IBM MQ or similar messaging technologies including configuration and performance tuning
- Troubleshooting at system, infrastructure and application architecture levels
- Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Public or Private Cloud platforms
- CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies
- Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
- MongoDB, Redis and other NoSQL databases
- TCPdump, Wireshark, JSON, XML, Avro, FIX and Protocol Buffers
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Leadership: Experience acting as an escalation point and collaborating across global teams
- Ownership: Ability to independently drive production issues, automation initiatives and infrastructure improvements
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing documentation and presentations
