This role requires 3+ years of WFS experience, mandatory PT102/PT120/PT125 certifications, strong SQL/Oracle skills, and ability to translate business requirements into WFS configurations, perform testing, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) experience.
• Mandatory Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.
• Strong SQL/Oracle and WFS scripting knowledge.
• Expertise in Time & Attendance, Pay Codes, Policy Profiles, Accruals, Work Rules, Schedules, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, and flat-file integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
