Job summary

Koru UX Design LLP in Pune (hybrid remote) is seeking a Senior UX Researcher who thrives in ambiguous spaces. You will plan and execute end-to-end research studies that influence enterprise products across healthcare, automation, and finance, working closely with product owners and design teams.

With 3–6 years of hands-on UX research experience, you’ll conduct interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping, translating findings into actionable outputs like personas and service blueprints,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on UX research experience (not internships or academic).
• Direct experience conducting research for enterprise or B2B products (SaaS, healthcare, platforms, or internal tools).
• Comfort working with US-based users and stakeholders, and ability to adapt research communication accordingly.
• Strong system-level thinking: map workflows, identify gaps, and untangle complex journeys.
• Ability to handle open-ended, ambiguous briefs and drive the process.
• Familiarity with journey maps, service blueprints, or ecosystem maps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for explaining research to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases
• Plan, conduct, and synthesise user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping
• Create actionable outputs like personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and research reports
• Proactively identify users to talk to—whether through clients, internal teams, or customer success
• Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and front-end teams throughout the design process
• Help shape our research practice as we scale, including mentoring junior team members when needed
• Proactively identify new opportunities for research within existing client engagements to extend project reach

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity. At Koru, your insights won’t just sit in reports—they’ll directly influence real enterprise products across healthcare, automation, and finance.
