Job summary

Koru UX Design is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces and contribute to product strategies for HealthTech clients. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems with user-centered design.

You will design flows, wireframes, and dashboards, build reusable components, and ensure accessibility and responsiveness across platforms. A strong portfolio and experience with design systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence:Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
• User Insights:Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
• Research-Driven Approach:Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• Consistency in Design:Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
• Accessibility & Responsiveness:Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
• Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.
