Job summary

Koru UX Design is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for HealthTech projects. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to shape design concepts for complex problems.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, FigJam or Miro. This remote-friendly role offers collaboration, growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex design challenges.
• Strong problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design, Bootstrap, or custom systems.
• Understanding WCAG accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations for enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.

About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces
• User Insights: Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences
• Research-Driven Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts
• Consistency in Design: Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products
• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
