Koru UX Design LLP seeks a Senior UX Researcher to navigate complex problem spaces and drive research in ambiguity. You will plan and execute end-to-end studies, collaborating with product owners to influence enterprise products across healthcare, automation, and finance for US users.

Location: Pune or Remote. This full-time role offers growth, mentoring, and opportunities to shape research practice while delivering impactful insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years hands-on UX research experience (not internships or academic).
• Experience with enterprise/B2B products (SaaS, healthcare, platforms).
• Comfort researching and presenting to US-based users and stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking to map workflows and identify gaps.
• Ability to work with open-ended, ambiguous briefs and drive the research process.
• Experience creating journey maps or service blueprints.

• Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping
• Create actionable outputs like personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and research reports
• Proactively identify users to talk to—through clients, internal teams, or customer success
• Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and front-end teams throughout the design process
• Help shape our research practice as we scale, including mentoring junior team members when needed
• Proactively identify new opportunities for research within existing client engagements to extend project reach

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity. What You'll Do

• Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of hands-on UX research experience (not internships or academic)


• Direct experience conducting research for enterprise or B2B products (SaaS, healthcare, platforms, or internal tools)


• Comfort working with US-based users and stakeholders, and ability to adapt research communication accordingly


• Strong system-level thinking: you can map workflows, identify gaps, and untangle complex journeys


• Ability to handle open-ended, ambiguous briefs-you're someone who finds ways to start and drive the process


• Familiarity with creating journey maps, service blueprints, or ecosystem maps


• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for explaining research to cross-functional teams
