Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Jaipur seeks an experienced service professional to guide service mechanics, address technical bottlenecks, and coordinate with the area office to enhance service operations.

You will drive service initiatives, implement schemes like AMC, and ensure timely handling of warranty and service issues while coordinating with various departments. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• B.E. degree required.
• 7–12 years of experience in service management or related field.
• Retail or Telecom industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide service mechanics in technical problem solving and bottleneck resolution.
• Increase dealer profitability through service schemes including AMC and service improvements.
• Plan and project service activities across the area office for cross-idea sharing.
• Provide a single window between the area office and other departments on service matters.
• Offer feedback on new service schemes launched to heads of service and zonal managers.
• Interface with marketing service cell and manufacturing to resolve service issues quickly.
• Audit new dealerships to approve commissioning.
• Conduct periodic service audits as per company norms.
• Provide product training to dealers, workshop managers and service mechanics.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To guide the Service Mechanics in technical problem solving and de-bottlenecking at the dealerships.
• To increase dealerÂs profitability by service schemes like annual maintenance contracts, service improvements etc.
• To project the service activities, initiatives taken in the area office in the organization for cross fertilization of ideas
• To provide a single window between the area office and the other departments of the company on all service matters.
• To provide feedback on competition new service schemes launched to the head of service and the zonal sales managers.
• To interface with the marketing service cell and the manufacturing cell at the HO for speedy resolution of service issues at the area office like pending warranty claims, chronic problems, TOFs etc.
• To audit new dealership for approving it for commissioning
• Conducting service audits periodically as per the company norms
• Product training of the dealer, workshop manager and service mechanics
